Full Nico sample: preview before deciding
The full Nico demo: 720×1280, about 11 seconds. New videos use the same fixed reference soundtrack as the Nico demo.
How do you download your own MP4?
Sign in to your dashboard with the account used to create the video, open the completed task and use its download entry. Once the download finishes, open the MP4 from your device files or downloads folder and check the full picture and sound.
The current output-retention setting is 30 days. Download results you want to keep, and check the dashboard for the actual task status.
No sound? Check in this order
1. Press play, unmute the player and raise media volume. Check whether the browser tab is muted or output is routed to Bluetooth headphones or another device. Muted autoplay does not mean the file lacks audio.
2. Check device playback with the public Nico sample on this page, then listen to your downloaded original. The sample helps check device settings, but cannot establish that your particular task has a working audio track.
3. If the original has sound locally but not on the page, inspect browser and device settings. If it is silent locally too, try another player and check for an audio track; technical users can inspect media information.
4. Re-download the same result if the file is incomplete or damaged. If two players still cannot play it correctly, keep the task ID, file and symptoms for support. This does not require another paid generation.
The original has sound, but the edited or posted video is silent?
Keep the downloaded original and edited version, then play each to find where the sound disappears. If the original is audible but the export is silent, check original volume, mute settings and track length in the editor before exporting again. Check the timeline for overlapping voices or a cut-off ending too.
If the export has sound but the platform preview or post is silent, check player volume, original and added-music levels, and any notice that the sound is unavailable. Follow the notice and check track availability for the account before generating another video.
Before posting, preview the full clip for identity, hands, cuts, orientation, crop and caption placement. Describe it as a playful made-up performance rather than an event that actually happened.
What soundtrack does an order include?
New videos automatically include the same fixed reference soundtrack as the Nico demo, taken from the preset reference performance. It is not newly generated singing or a clone of the photo subject’s voice. Generated mouth movements may vary. Custom songs, lyrics and voices are not supported; earlier results are not changed.
The decoded soundtrack in the public Nico demo matches its reference; inspect the existing file record on the case page. Fixed audio does not guarantee word-by-word lip sync or add a custom-song service. To replace music, download your own MP4 and use an editor.
Add or replace music in CapCut
1. Import the downloaded MP4 and place it on the timeline. Import your audio through Media, or choose an available track under Audio.
2. To replace the fixed soundtrack, lower the original video volume to zero. Put the new track beneath the video, trim it to the approximately 11-second result, and check both ends.
3. Adjust level, timing and fade-out, then play the full timeline. Export and listen to the saved file on your device. Labels vary by version; the official pages below explain the current workflow.
Add platform music in TikTok
Upload the downloaded video in TikTok, use Add sound to choose a track available to the account, and preview the full clip. If tracks overlap, check the original and added-audio levels in the editing interface.
Personal and business accounts may have different libraries. Business accounts can use the Commercial Music Library, selecting for the region and use. Do not assume a song is available to every account, region or promotional use.
Product sources and revision history
2026-11-01: reused the existing Nico case and file record to align fixed reference audio, roughly 11-second shot coverage and single-lead scope. No new paid generation, portrait test or success-rate claim was added.
